[Review] Flormar – wet look effect – WL02

Hello everyone,

in my last HAULy friday I showed you some nail polishes from Flormar which I bought recently.

I bought (from left to right) GS10 curry, WL02 and GS08 skyblue.

Today I want to show you the one in the middle, WL02.

This is a pastel polish with a wet finish. I think it just means that it dries to a super glossy, shiny polish.
I really love the detail on the bottles cap, so pretty.
The color itself is a pastel light blue but also somewhat green/turquoise color. What would you describe it as?
This polish also has a wide brush which is supposed to make the application easier.
I found this picture on www.maviojelikiz.com
I think it show pretty well the form of the brush and the color of the polish.

In my following pictures you see the polish on the nail.
I applied two coats, but I didn’t feel the application was as easy as I thought. I also felt the polish to be a bit gluey and thick, which I personally don’t like. I tried to apply thin coats which wasn’t really possible because of the consistency. For the price of 3,50 € I expected more.

On these pictures the polish looks pretty light, so please look at the pictures above to get a better look on the actual color.

Have you tried this? What do you think of Flormar polishes in general?

HAULy friday – ten – new polishes

Hey everyone,

welcome to HAULy friday!

I was shopping again and bought some new polishes.
They might not be particularly new in stores, but for me they are new :P

I went to Flormar and bought these 3 polishes. Each of them was 3,50 but since they sold three for two, I was only paying 7 euro instead of 9,50 euro.

As you can see, they all havea different finish. 2 have a matte finish and one a “wet” finish.

GS10 curry

I really loved this rusty green color and thought it might look quite interesting with a matte finish, so I bought it.

GS08 skyblue

The blue polish looked also pretty interesting to me. The mix of silver and blue combined with a promised matte finish made me buy this one as well.

And this last one has this pretty pastel green-ish / turquoise color which I thought was pretty fun.

I also decided to buy one of the p2 polishes from the Sea’ la vie LE.
Actually I was not very happy with this LE, it just didn’t hit my taste, but after walking by this blue polish a few times, I decided to buy it anyway. That’s my problem, sometimes I think “you never know when you might need this kind of blue”…..

I also bought some Essence pigments since they were on sale at Müller. Each of them was 0,99 cents instead of 2 euro.
I will use them to mix my own polishes.

Swatches will be shown in one of my upcoming posts, so please stay tuned for that.
