I can’t believe, I almost forgot to review my first China Glaze polish, which I also bought from kosmetik4less.
Since this is more of a top coat I applied it over Ciaté’s PP082 cream soda.
Ciaté PP082 cream soda
China Glaze 1276 Flock Together
Like I said, this is my first China Glaze polish ever. I read so much about the company on different blogs and heard people talking and using them in nail art tutorials, so I was excited to try it out. Since I love fuzzy polishes and I loved the color combination of this I decided to order this one instead of a “normal” color.
I don’t know if you can see, but it is a mix of black, light green and light blue striped particles.
I love it, it doesn’t look like any other fuzzy polish I own and I think it goes really well with this slight grey-lilac polish from Ciaté.
The application is easy and you get a good amount of fuzz on the nail when applying the polish.
These are the last polishes I bought there. (until my next order^^)
They are also my first ever ORLY polishes. A brand which I always saw somewhere in other peoples pictures or blog posts. I am happy I bought them because they are of a pretty good quality. The thin long brushes and the consistency need some time to get used too (at least for me), but they are pretty and last for a good time.
Here is what I bought.
A nice bright yellow polish with shimmer in it. This will be perfect for doing nail arts with a bright sun in it!
I honestly gotta say this was a bit difficult to get an opaque and even finish. I don’t know why but maybe I just need some time to get used to it.
tangerine trance 525
This is a very pretty and somewhat matte (?) color. No shimmer, no glitter…..I don’t know the English word to describe it correctly. Help?
As you can see after one coat it is still see through, meaning yould have to apply 2 coats or even three, depending how opaque you want the finish to be. For me two were enough.
I felt the result after two was enough.
ablazing aqua 530
On to the last polish for today. A beautiful blue/turquoise polish with a nice shimmer in it. The application was good, I applied 2 coats and the dry time was okay too.
Somehow it reminds me of the ocean, so I think it is a great color for spring and summer.
Can you see the shimmer in the picture? Sometimes I feel it is difficult to show the real beauty of some polishes.
Like right now, I have a SUPER bright neon orange polish on, but the pictures never really show it that well.
How do you like these polishes in general? Any ORLY experience you can tell me about? Any polishes you recommend me to get?
Post it in the comments please :)
I am so excited. Today was a great day!
One of the great things was the nail mail I got, but more on that later. I will post it about it on Saturday :)
For today we have two more polishes from wet n wild which I bought from kosmetik4less.
First up is E222C orange
This pretty orange shimmery-glitter polish is simply stunning!
I told you many times that I am not a big fan of the color orange, but there are just certain shades that I start to love.
This is definitely one of them. It is kind of a sheer polish which is why I applied an orange base color before applying it and on top 2 coats of this for crazy shimmer/glitter.
Next is E227C Teal or no tail
This is is so pretty, I cant even……
I love the shimmer, I love how easy it’s applied, I love how fast it dries and that you need only 2 coats.
So in love with this polish, here in combination with the orange polish.
Honestly, the pictures don’t even show well how pretty those two babies are.
If you have the chance to get your hands on wet n wild polishes please check these out. Like I said, you can also order them from http://www.kosmetik4less.de they ship worldwide if I am correct.
How do you like them?
I gotta go now play with my 3 new polishes which I got in the secret nail mail today :D
