Good evening everyone,
today i have another post for you about a few of the Absolute New York skin care products.
If you have question please feel free to ask them in the comments.
A big thank you to Absolute New York for sponsoring the products so I can test and review them for you.
Besides the face brightening essence masks, the 24k glow gold gel face masks, oil control tissues and heel patches – Absolute New York also offers make-up cleansing tissues, cooling eye pads and a great exfoliating foot mask which I would like to review today.
I received the following:
- make-up cleansing tissues – A823 green tea (33 wipes) ~4$
- make-up cleansing tissues – AT010 fresh aloe (10 wipes) ~2,50$
- cooling eye pads – AEP24 orange (16 pads) ~5$
- cooling eye pads – AEP22 aloe (16 pads) ~5$
- exfoliating foot mask – A610 one size (1 foot mask) ~8$
Let’s start with the make-up cleansing tissues – A823 green tea, which I got in a big pack. The feeling on the skin and the smell of the wipes are pretty nice. They feel gentle and do not irritate my skin. Usually some make-up wipes tend to do that to my skin, but these are pretty nice.
In general these powerful yet gentle, pre-moistened, make-up remover wipes use an emulsion of natural botanicals to break down even the most stubborn formulas, while eliminating impurities for visibly softened, cleansed, and refreshed complexion. Especially the smaller pack is perfect if you are on-the-go. Great for a perfect pick-me-up any time of day.
The make-up cleansing tissues – AT010 fresh aloe feel especially gentle and calming. I tested them on very hot and sunny days, knowing that aloe is a great treatment for sun burned skin.
The cooling eye pads – AEP24 orange and AEP22 aloe look very cute. I love the packaging and design on the pads and it is very convenient that they are packed individually. A small tip, put 2 pads in the fridge before opening them for use. Revitalize. Refresh. Soothe. Absolute! Eye Pads provide instant relief to tired, puffy eyes. Look and feel awake as these specially formulated pre-moistened pads infused with botanicals and Vitamins, restore moisture and suppleness in the eye area.
Now to my absolute favorite product! The exfoliating foot mask – A610 one size is one of a kind. When I used to live in Japan I always saw the commercials and ads for exfoliating food masks like these.
The mask from Absolute New York combines natural botanical acids and extracts from Lemon, Papaya, Apple and Orange for a revitalizing treatment that will gradually remove calluses for visibly smoother heels and feet.
Alcohol, Water, Propylene Glycol, Lactic Acid, Isopropyl Alcohol, Urea, Glycolic Acid, Betaine, Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Salicylic Acid, Triclosan, Menthol, Disodium EDTA, Apple Extract, Lemon Extract, Orange Extract, Papaya Extract, Anthemis Nobilis Flower Extract, Fragrance, Tocopheryl Acetate
how to use:
- prepare and clean your feet
- apply the mask and leave it on for 60-90 minutes
- thoroughly rinse your feet with water and dry them off
- calluses start peeling within 4-7 days of application
- do not further pick at or exfoliate skin
- the complete process of peeling and leaving you with baby bottom soft feet takes around 1 to 1 and a half weeks
For me it was the first time to try an exfoliating mask and I was very surprised about the process. I left it on for 2 hours and was really excited. The ingredients didn’t irritate my skin at all. The packaging is very cute, it has little green feet on the clear plastic bag. If you need to move while having the bags on your feet you should me careful. At my apartment we have wooden floor so I slipped a few times. Make sure to walk slowly and get a hold of the walls or something^^
Which of these products interests you the most? Have you tried any of these? What can you recommend?
