HAULy friday – 33 – Ciaté – new in 2016

Hello everyone,

today I would like to give you a short insight in what I got from Ciaté London in 2016.

The first thing I wanna show you is this adorable Ciaté snow globe.

This baby was an absolute must-have for me as a huge Ciaté supporter. The idea behind is also just way too cute.

As far as I know, Charlotte, the founder of Ciaté London, always brought her daughter a little snow globe when she was traveling. That inspired her to create this Ciaté snow globe.

The packaging is so adorable, it is mostly black & white and shows parts of London with a touch of red (the bus). I also really love the swirls on top, which I showed you above.

The snow globe itself is indeed a real snow globe. It is made of sturdy material and the bowl on top is made of glass. Inside you can see one of their best-selling polishes mistress, which is a classic pillar box red.

When you turn it upside down and back or shake it the true beauty comes alive as snow keeps falling over the bottle.

This beautiful snow globe was available last winter and cost 15 £. I am so happy that I bought it, since it is no longer available anymore.

Also available last winter, was the Oh christmas tree nail polish gift set. What a cute idea!

Oh Christmas Tree 2

It includes 6x Mini Paint Pots (5 ml). I especially love the 2nd, 3rd and 4th from the left. What can I say, I love glitter and this green one is extra stunning!

You can use it to create little christmas tree nail designs.

Moving on to make-up, Ciaté created some really nice things for face, eyes, lips and body.

I picked up their cheekbone cheat in the shade bluff point, which was created in collaboration with Olivia Palermo as well as their Liquid Velvet Kiss Collective set.

The cheekbone cheat in the shade bluff point is great for light skin toned girls like me. It is a blusher-bronzer duo infused with oil-controlling bamboo extract. The cream-like powder glides on flawlessly for instant complexion perfection and a weightless, ultra-soft feel. I love it so much, because it add’s a pop of colour to cheeks and defines and shapes your cheekbones.

The Liquid Velvet Kiss Collective set included 3 mini liquid lipsticks in the shades swoon, diva and pin-up. These mini versions are perfect for me, since I don’t use much lipstick. I really love the texture though. They dry matte, but don’t dry out the lips. They are long-lasting even when I eat or drink something.

Through my swatches you can see that these are also great shades for girls with light skin.

This set in particular is not available anymore, but you can get swoon, diva and pin up separately in full size.

This year they also sell another Liquid Velvet kiss collective set including starlet, pin-up and wonderland.

The swatches on their website show the colors on three different skin tones, which I think is great.

The last two products are also lip products. These were also created within the collaboration with Olivia Palermo and are called satin kiss lipsticks. They are available in four shades called cashmerepraline, truffle and velveteen, I bought the lightest ones which are cashmere and praline.

The texture is super soft and creamy, I really like it. They are not too shiney, but leave your lips with a satin matte finish. Again, they do not dry out your lips. If you like the shades, please get your hands on them before they sell out.

I hope you liked today’s post and maybe found some inspiration for christmas presents or present for yourself. 🙂

Have you tried these? Let me know what you think.
