I like the idea of the lip balm sets. They are a cute gift and are great for your hand bag. The scent is surely a matter of taste, but if you like the available scents, these are definitely for you.
hydro care lip balm
These hydro care lip balms are formulated with rich shea-butter to soothe and comfort dry, chapped lips. They are available in five delicious flavors – mint, cherry, lemon, strawberry and apple.

I really love the packaging of these lip balms. They are colorful, unique and so much fun! Each color represents the scent they come in. They also really do feel soft and smoothing. I can imagine they are also nice as a present or nice for people who like those kinds of scents.
natural lip balm
These natural lip balms come in 4 different scents, beeswax, shea-butter, cocoa-butter and mint. They have a creamy formula that is boosted with nourishing botanicals, and melts into the lips for a noticeably hydrated feel.
Each lip balm is about 4$.

The scent of these lip balms is nice, not too strong and not too weak. They feel nice on the lips and the mint lip balm kind of tickles :)
In general I am a big fan of the Burt’s Bees honey lip balm. I tried many balms over the years and this one seems to be the best for me. So far no other lip balm can compare with them. But I know a lot of people don’t like them, especially because of the wax and the scent.
You see, lip balms are also a matter of personal preference.

I noticed that these lip liners are really super soft and gel like. They go on so easy, it is a real pleasure. They also do not seem to dry out the lips, which is a huge plus and they come on quite a lot of colors. I wished they would also sell a few lighter beige ones, but as far as I know they mostly come in red and pink shades.

With foxy and gipsy I received a birght pink and red lipstick, both colors I normally wouldn’t buy for myself. But I am very impressed about the pigmentaion and creamyness off both products. I think especially bright colors like these have to be opaque and really well pigmented, but it is also important that they don’t stain or dry out the skin/lips.
Due to my pale skin you can see very well how nice these colors are with just one stroke. The gel lip liners also go very well with these lipsticks.
You can see that gipsy goes perfectly with true red (in the middle).

These lip glosses really surprised me. The pigmentation and amount of glitter in these products is just perfect, especially if you love bright red and pink colors.
Again, my pale skin really shows off the great pigmentation and how pretty these glosses are. Looking at them this way, I get really sad that my lips aren’t as pale to really show the beauty of these.

I received joy which is a glossy light pink at first, but turns into a slightly stronger pink when it’s on my lips. This product really takes me back to my teenage years, where we used to have these kinds op lip balms to tint our lips. I remember having a neon green lipstick which turned into a bright pink shade. Back then it was so much fun, now I am more into beige and light brown tones for my lips to keep it natural. But I think in general it’s a nice idea for girls who like to slap on a bit of gloss to get a flawless lip look :)
lip crayon trio

Now these are really nice! They are soft, creamy and go on very smooth and evenly. They fell indeed comfy on the lips and again, the colors are a matter of preference. If these were more beige and different shades of light brown, I would propably wear them daily.
And just so you know what kinds of shades I use when I wear lip colors, here is the Ultimate Stay Lipstick – 050 Mauve Your Lips from Catrice. It is basically just a slight upgrade of my natural lip color and therefore looks very natural.
Last but not least we have the Nicka K. New York lip color glosses. These glosses deliver long-lasting lip shine in a mixture of dazzling shades from lilac to deep cranberry red. If you like to laquer up your lips for a mirror-shine then you’ll want to give this gloss a go!
They are available in 16 colors, Beautycrowd swatched 14 of them.
The other two shades clear water and daytona were not swatched.

I received clear water, destin, madeira and miami.
I feel kind of silly saying this over and over again, but the pigmentation with these is also very good. Even though I must say that with an opaque gloss it is difficult to get an even result for me. It can appear streaky. With the orange I am a bit surprised, I was wondering if there are people out there who actually wear orange lipsticks or glosses. I have never seen it :)
What can I say? Overall I am again impressed with the awesome pigmentation. Especially if you check their price range it is really unbeliveable. The quality of these products seems to be really great. I clearly recommend checking out the huge range of lipstick colors, the lip liners and natural lip calms. If you are a fan of glosses, you should check these out as well.
