[Review] Ciaté’s Tree Trinket set 2013 – all a glow and glitterball

Hello everyone,

today I want to give you a closer look on the first two mini glitter polishes from Ciaté’s Tree Trinket set.

PPM406 – all a glow

All a glow is a very pretty gold glitter polish. Usually I am not a big fan of gold, but with this one I really fell in love.

On the following pictures you can see all a glow  in combination with PP037 starlet

Glitterball is a pretty discreet lilac glitter. I really like it, because it is not too dark. So it matches nicely with pastel lilac polishes or dark tones.

On the following pictures you can see glitterball  in combination with PP080 sugar plum

as I already showed in my post for the caviar pearls cupids arrow, you can also pair glitter and pearls.

Make sure your base color is dry before you apply the glitter top polish. You can apply any way you want, I choose the whole nail, just the tip and across the nail.
You will need 2 to 3 coats from the glitter polish, depending on how strong and opaque you want the glitter.

The dry time was okay for both glitter polishes.

How do you like these? Do you think pairing glitter and pearls is too much?
How do you apply your glitter polishes?
Let me know.
