[Review] Ciaté’s Mini Mani Month 2013 (US) – PP105 play date

Hello everyone,

after reviewing some colors that may be not for everyone, today I will show you a simple red.

PP105 play date

Play date is a classic bright red shade. It is very transparent, so you need 3 coats to get good coverage.
The consistency and dry time was the same as all Ciaté polishes – liquidy and dry within about 10 minutes.
If you are looking for a bright red, then this is the nail polish for you.

I myself don’t wear too much red and if I do I go for darker tones. Another red polish from Ciaté is PP017 boudoir, which I will review later, but I am really in love with it.
This one here is too bright for my taste^^

My opinion: 4/5

The Manicure

The liquidy consistency is once again very nice, because it makes painting the nails very easy. It forgives almost every mistake. The finish is even and the color dries within just a couple of minutes.
What more could you ask for?

What I don’t understand is why Ciaté’s official Website describes it as bold pop pink with a playful coral edge.
Do you see any pink undertone here? Because I don’t^^

If you are looking for a bright red nail polish, please check this one out. I think you will be very satisfied with this.
