Hello everyone,
welcome to another Ciaté Mini Mani Month polish review.
Today’s polish,
PP122 hoopla
Hoppla is one of the colors I probably wouldn’t have bought if it wasn’t in the Mini Mani Month gift set.
Like I said, I generally don’t like the color pink. I must honestly say though it is a nice elegant pink, more rose than bright neon pink so it is pretty wearable even for people who don’t like pink.
It is also a color that could be used well as a base color for a nice topper or in general for nails designs.
The consistency was the same as the one of the other colors, liquidy.
The brush was also a thin short brush as for most other Ciaté Mini Colors.
As for all colors I tried so far, you will also need 2-3 coats to get an even finish, but I guess that’s normal for pastelly colors such as the ones I tried so far. Dry time was also as good as the other polishes I tried. The coats were dry in about 10 minutes.
My opinion: 4/5
The Manicure
What I like about the normal Ciaté colors is that the polish goes on very easy and even. You won’t have strokes or any other ugly spots once it dried. I also like the short brush which makes it easy to put the color on and spread it the way you want it.
one coat
second coat
final result with 3 coats
Looking at it again, I must say I am a little bit in love with this. It is just such a cute discreet pastel pink color.
If you are a fan of pink polishes, I can definitely recommend the normal sized paint pot to you. I think it will be a good investment for you.
According to Ciaté’s official Website, Hoopla is a bestseller.
You can buy it here for about 9£
How do you feel about this color? Tell me what you think.
